Who runs it
Tricia Perkins, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a Red Cross Licensed Training Provider and Instructor Trainer, and an HSI Training Center and Instructor Trainer, which authorizes her to credential other instructors rather than only students. She came up in multi-unit restaurant operations, so programs are designed the way an operator thinks: around shift coverage, labor cost, and turnover.
